I have honestly never seen an underwater picture submitted here on DA. And, for it being a rather hard task to do, this picture looks great. There's no blurriness, the focus is great, and you framed the subject well. From my understanding, seeing a picture is nothing like experiencing it in real life... but you did a great job capturing the beauty of the sea as best you could.
